Aairam provides various Software Products & Services worldwide. To empower the services provided by company, company conducts various surveys for internal use only.

We strive to protect any survey information and other personal information that is entrusted to us or obtained during the process of any investigation in a proper, appropriate and respectful ways defined by laws, regulations and policies, while balancing and considering individual, societal and organizational interests.

Aairam acknowledges the duty, trust and obligation that we have to maintain the privacy of personal/organizations data we collect and store.

We assure any individual/organization that any information provided or developed will only be used as part of the investigation contracted for and will not be provided to any other persons/companies or used for any other purpose.

Safe Harbor Provisions of the Privacy Policy

Aairam hereby confirms our strong policy to protect and maintain the privacy and personal/organization. We endorse and follow the principles and practices outlined in the seven principals of the European Commission’s Directive on Data Protection. We fulfill our obligation under the seven principals in the following manner:

1. Notice

Aairam collects information on individuals/organizations for the purpose of analysis of data for quality improvement in products and services offered by the company. The information is used by our analysts to make decisions on which areas of our service / product needs improvement.

2. Choice

Applicants are given a choice to opt-out of having their personal information collected by way of a disclosure form provided on our web site. The individual can opt-out by not signing the disclosure form, thereby stating they do not give their consent to have their personal information collected and reported.

Choice is further afforded by the fact that Aairam only collects information from those individuals or organizations who are opted to contribute in our routine survey quiz. The collected information is then only utilized for the purpose as described above in the section on “Notice”.

3. Onward Transfer

In connection with our providing services, we may in some instances, employ other companies and individuals as our subcontractors to perform functions on our behalf. All such contractors are contractually obligated to use and maintain the confidentiality of information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. These companies may not share any such information with any third party, other than Aairam’s subcontractors or clients. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, or required by law, we will not use or otherwise disclose any of the information that is provided or that we collect from third parties or other sources.

4. Security

Aairam has taken and will continue to take appropriate measures to assure the security of personal/organizational data. Any personal/organizational data transmitted to or from Aairam’s web site is by encryption. Personal/organizational data on our servers is stored in a secure manner. Access to those servers and data is strictly limited to authorized personnel of Aairam, who have been trained to protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal data under Aairam control.

5. Data Integrity

Aairam only collects data that is strictly for the purposes listed under the section on “Notice.” The data includes personal/organizational identifiable information and personal/organizational history that is necessary to complete the requirements business analysis.

6. Access

All subjects of Analysis have the right of access to any reports Aairam produces and/or maintains on them.

These individuals/organizations may contact Aairam (as set out at the end of this Privacy Policy) at any time, to determine whether we hold any personal/organizational information about them concerning analysis screening and if we do, to obtain access to that information to verify it accuracy. If it is determined that any information is not accurate then Aairam will correct, amend or delete the inaccurate information.

For your protection, we will require proof of identity, including proper verification and confirmation that you are the individual who is entitled to request access, before providing any information to you.

If, for good reason, we are unable to provide you with access to your data or disagree with the proposed corrections, amendments or proposed deletions, we will tell you and also how to appeal our decision (See “Dispute Resolution Policy”).

7. Enforcement

Aairam verifies adherence to the European Union Safe Harbor Policy by means of in-house verification by the management of this company through its “Dispute Resolution Policy”.

In addition, we provide contact information for readily available recourse mechanisms through the Federal Trade Commission or European Union Data Protection Authority by which each individual’s complaints and disputes can be additionally investigated and resolved by reference to the Principles; and damages are awarded where the applicable law or private sector initiatives so provide.
